I recognize that in complete use of my faculties I ACCEPT VOLUNTARILY the risks that implies my participation in K42 Adventure Marathon 2007 because it’s a sport activity that will require a physical effort and takes place in cross country. I WILL NOT inscribe unless I’m physically apt, for which I declare I’ve made the corresponding medical checkups, and trained properly.
I declare to know the competition rules and I accept them, like thus also the circuit map. I’ve taken trustworthy knowledge of the circuit and its location, I know – for having recognized it previously – that some sectors may be difficult to be accessed by ambulances and other rescue vehicles, which will difficult a fast medical assistance in case of needing it. That in case of needing assistance, the rescue operation will demand time during which the situation I might be implicated could aggravate, being in danger even my life.
I commit myself to accept any decision of race officers related to my capability of a secure completion of the race. I declare to know all the risks associated to this race and I assume them, including falls, contact with other participants, climate consequences, road or trails conditions and any other that could appear. Having read this declaration, knowing these facts and considering its consequences I accept to participate in the race, I authorize to the organizers of this event and sponsors, to use photographies, videos, films, and any other recording type of this event, for any legitimate use, without economic compensation. I also release organizers of any reclamation or responsibility by any missed, robbed and/or theft of personal objects I could suffer.
